Had my son’s first birthday here. Food was good and the guests loved it. The coordinators, Frank and John were very accommodating and helped us decorate the area. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. If I would make one complaint it would be that the food didn’t have any labels on it, even though we requested for it ahead of time. Many of the guests were non Filipino and not familiar with the food, kept asking questions. We will be looking forward to booking parties in the future. Thank you.

This is the second time that we celebrated our event at Max's Restaurant. And as always it exceeded our expectation. They never fail to provide the kind of service that we want. The food is amazing, compliments to the chef. The service is excellent, they went far and beyond. The atmosphere and the set up is beautiful. Their customer service and their professionalism is commendable. All our guests were satisfied. Again, we thank you for making this event a great success. From their head, Frank, to the chef and to all the staff, we wanted to extend our gratitude- we are grateful. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!

Ordered the pancit ($20) , bistek ($22), and leche flan ($8) The pancit tasted flavourful but lacking on the veggie & toppings. (4/5) I also ordered the bistek - the portion was disappointing, its appetizer size , nearly not enough to be a meal . I tried to reorder another portion of the bistek but it’s suddenly “not available” . (4/5) The Leche flan tasted great . Again very small portion (bite size - not shareable) . Honest opinion : expensive for the portion of food that you will receive , better to order from another Filipino restaurant .

Exceptional experience at Max's Restaurant in Winnipeg! The service was outstanding, and the owner went above and beyond, visiting our table and others to ensure everyone felt welcome. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was phenomenal - every bite was delicious and flavorful. Highly recommend for great food, service, and genuine hospitality!

We held my dad’s 75th birthday celebration at Max’s Restaurant Winnipeg. After speaking with Frank, event coordinator, he made party planning very easy and he accommodated many of our requests. Max’s had everything we needed for our party of 35 people over lunch and we didn’t feel rushed. The service from staff was excellent and we didn’t have to wait for the food, dessert, and any extras we ordered the day of the event. Thank you Frank and John for taking care of our party and my family. Everyone had a great time and raved about the sisig, Max’s chicken, mango sticky rice, and the GIANT halo-halo was unforgettable. Thank you Max’s. We’ll be back soon!

I booked at Max's for my Mom's 60th Birthday party and the party was AMAZING! The dishes were delicious and the service was excellent. I'd like Thank All the Max's staffs for the great service and Chef Juliet for making our dishes taste fantastic, you guys made all our guests enjoyed the delicious Max's food. Also, Thank you to Frank the event Manager for giving us the Fantastic event. I would definitely recommend the restaurant for future events. Overall we had a great time at Max's!

No doubt, Max’s Restaurant Winnipeg is the BEST place for parties and regular dining. We are so happy and thankful to the entire Max’s Restaurant staff and family for making our event extra special last night . The space was beautifully decorated, and they made everything so easy whenever we had a request. Our guests loved the variety of Filipino dishes we chose for the event — thank you, Chef Juliet, for preparing such delicious food! Everyone left full and happy, from kids to adults. A big thank you as well to Lauren and all the staff for being so helpful — we truly appreciated your warm smiles and hospitality. And special thanks to Frank and John for making sure everything ran smoothly. You guys are the best!
